Just like the first version, Hapi 2.0 is garbage.
Every time I load this app, I have to change my password despite typing it in correctly (have it written down so I know they are right).
A lot of the ‘discounts’ are out dated and not worth it.
The salary sacrifice is a scamming ponzi agency.
For anyone whose employer offers this service - avoid

This is completely slow, has integration issues and sometimes is down despite paying high prices and being promised an efficient service. Absolutely would not recommend please use perk box, reward gateway or any other platform quite frankly
Doesn’t work since last update
Every time I try and buy an e-voucher it either does not show the box for the three digit card security number or it gets past that and requires approval in the card app and then just freezes. Then to add insult to injury, my Hapi account was frozen due to ‘suspicious activity’. Sort yourselves out

Pointless.
Tried to buy a £500 gift card for curry’s. The payment got cancelled 3 times then it said, account disabled and now I can’t login. Or reset the password.

It won’t even let me log in, I have created an account, it worked for 2 minutes, but then logged me out and keeps saying “you’ve been logged out” every time I try logging in back. This is such a joke😂you can’t program something this badly even if you tried.

I've used the app a dozen times this is the second time an issue has occurred. Paying for something I can't use customer service no help

Amazing app
Just started using this app as new benefit with my company. Have already used it 3 times as the app notifies me when I’m in a shop that it has a discount for…. So useful!! Super easy and quick so no pre planning needed, can just request a voucher when at a till in a shop and it will come straight through! AMAZING!

This app is great for having all your employee benefits in 1 place. It is easy to use and contains lots of useful resources relating to my benefits with my employer. I love the discounts that are offered and saves me lots of money! I highly recommend Hapi!
Save so much
Love this I use it every week for my food shop. Have saved £2300 so far in 5 years. Love that I can use this alongside top cash back and promo codes for double savings!
