Doesn’t work since last update
Every time I try and buy an e-voucher it either does not show the box for the three digit card security number or it gets past that and requires approval in the card app and then just freezes. Then to add insult to injury, my Hapi account was frozen due to ‘suspicious activity’. Sort yourselves out

Amazing app
Just started using this app as new benefit with my company. Have already used it 3 times as the app notifies me when I’m in a shop that it has a discount for…. So useful!! Super easy and quick so no pre planning needed, can just request a voucher when at a till in a shop and it will come straight through! AMAZING!

Really good app for discounts. Often use it in store and it’s surprising how quickly the small savings add up over time. Would definitely recommend.

This app is great for having all your employee benefits in 1 place. It is easy to use and contains lots of useful resources relating to my benefits with my employer. I love the discounts that are offered and saves me lots of money! I highly recommend Hapi!
Save so much
Love this I use it every week for my food shop. Have saved £2300 so far in 5 years. Love that I can use this alongside top cash back and promo codes for double savings!
Huge benefit
I love my Hapi benefits. I use the App to discount all my regular household spending and lots more. It has saved me so much money over the years I have been lucky enough to have it. The App is so easy to use!

Lots of savings
I’ve made a lot of savings with Hapi through my work. It works well if you’re disciplined enough to remember to buy the vouchers. Over £200 saved already this year lol
Absolutely Terrible App
Ordered a gift card, accidentally swiped off the app and despite successfully purchasing the gift card. My orders section is blank and shows the following message “There was a problem. Please check your internet connection and try again” this is a common issue and appears whether on 5G or WiFi. Absolutely ridiculous and left me in a situation in which I had to either repurchase a second gift card or pay full price and in either situation use the gift I had originally purchased at a later date whenever the app decides to let me access my previous orders. Get this problem sorted ASAP!

Can’t make any purchase and it deducted my money.
I tried to buy the Vue ticket on this app for many times and each time it said the address is error while I already saved it in my address book. It said it is pending the money but I even can’t get my ticket. I tried 6 times and it still the same. I didn’t even get a refund back. Which costs me a total of more than a £100.

Nothing but Problems
Unfortunately I’ve had nothing but problems trying to use this app for the last couple of months, used to work first time every time but now doesn’t even let me log in never mind the fact that it won’t recognise my registered bank card and after countless calls and emails still doesn’t work!!!!

Awful App - Original App Was Such A Better Experience
The new version of the Hapi app is shocking in comparison to the original, often slow and with issues displaying your the desired brand you want to create a gift voucher for.
But most recently constant issues with actually purchasing gift vouchers. I most recently tried to create a Lego and John Lewis voucher and was met with the voucher was unsuccessful. And that they’d taken a pending payment each time it wasn’t successful so I was massively out of pocket for a week as it took forever for the funds to clear back.
Which meant I couldn’t sort a birthday present out in the end as my expendable funds were all tied up in pending payments...
There’s also no info trail to confirm the transaction was unsuccessful after unless you take a screenshot.
My partner has also ran into the same issue with funds being taken but no gift voucher. Which has led her to getting rid of the app.

Great Benefits
I have been using the Hapi app for a few years and have saved over £1700 food shopping and restaurant bills through the discounts available. There is also some very informative wellness advice and I have also accessed their EAP service which has been helpful. The customer service team have always been responsive have I needed to make contact. It is definitely worth signing up to.

Awful
Firstly, you never know if you’ll be able to use the app when you need it. It wouldn’t allow me to purchase vouchers a few times despite having done it many times prior so it’s not a card issue. And a few days later, it works fine again-which is frustrating when you actually need to make the purchase at that moment. Don’t archive your vouchers. You’ll never see them again. There’s a function for you to view it but it’s a hit and miss. Will it show up? Maybe. Every time you refresh, different sets of old vouchers will show. I currently have not been able to log in for the past week. Says they can’t identify me and my company does not exist.

Un-Hapi 2.0
I rarely write reviews and can’t remember the last review I ever done but had to with this app. It’s just basically a mess, it’s touch n go if the favourites stay there or not, sometimes there, sometimes not!!! When they’re not there you have to scroll the menu to keep finding them, payslips sometimes blank. The myDAS section never works so I have to still use two apps rather than just the one. It’s just a mess I liked the last Hapi app but this just needs deleting and upgrading the old app.

the worst application I've ever had. it doesn't bring anything, there are no benefits from this application - only a payslip to see, nothing more - I don't know what people were getting excited about when they said there would be a new version - a total failure - but as they say, such a company, such an application - Failure

System crashed just before Christmas
On the busiest shopping day before christmas the app was unusable as was the web site. No holding page displayed just white screen. Now we get a ‘new’ app. No explanation or apology and two emails to them ignored. Vouchers sometimes take 15 mins to come through - not much help if you are buying in store and need fast responses. Perhaps the fault if the retailer but surely a better message could be shown in purchase history.

Awful layout, pop up ads are a pain
This so called update has turned what was an ok app into an awful one. I hate the new layout, favourites haven’t been carried across properly, stupid adverts pop up just when you’re trying to start a transaction and the unnecessary drop down note to tell you you’re on the Hapi 2 just gets in the way of the search bar! I’ve also had problems loading it today when I wanted to use it to buy an evoucher. PLEASE FIX THE ISSUES!

Robbed me of money
I purchased a voucher but the voucher never showed up, after purchase, message popped up saying it’ll be in my purchase history, not in my purchased history, but the money left my account and I didn’t receive an email of the purchase.
The old app was much better but this one is just terrible. Not an improvement but a downgrade
