Lorna came in to my place of work this week and explained it all again, which I found useful. I had become a bit lazy with it and only used for some bigger purchases (which is great) and actually really easy to use but she made me realise I could save so much more by being consistent with everyday spending.

Really useful app with everything in one place. Easy to navigate and a great way to access workplace benefits, discounts and wellbeing support without having to search around for everything separately. The savings and offers are particularly handy, and I like being able to see what benefits are available to me all in one place.

Just like the first version, Hapi 2.0 is garbage.
Every time I load this app, I have to change my password despite typing it in correctly (have it written down so I know they are right).
A lot of the ‘discounts’ are out dated and not worth it.
The salary sacrifice is a scamming ponzi agency.

This is completely slow, has integration issues and sometimes is down despite paying high prices and being promised an efficient service. Absolutely would not recommend please use perk box, reward gateway or any other platform quite frankly
Doesn’t work since last update
Every time I try and buy an e-voucher it either does not show the box for the three digit card security number or it gets past that and requires approval in the card app and then just freezes. Then to add insult to injury, my Hapi account was frozen due to ‘suspicious activity’. Sort yourselves out
