Simply doesn’t work
Try to login and it says my password is invalid but I can login just fine from my computer’s browser.

There not a real bank they just take your deposit and never respond, service is the worst
Functional but very dated
The application harks back to the beginning of the internet Era. However, it's very functional, almost always works and when you need customer support, Radius Bank/Lending Club are always there to help.

I wish I never got a loan with lending club. Worst decision of my adult life.
Ease of use and a few good transaction options
I am getting better at navigating this app so it is growing on me. I like that the developers do not chang things around to often so I generally have no problem to find the right feature and completing my onlin banking with ease.
Misleading App Title
This is not the correct app for “Business” accounts. Once installed the title changes to “Commercial” and the login for business accounts fails.

Login doesn’t work
This app won’t log in with the correct password I can use to log in on my desktop. The reset pw doesn’t work, and the bank in general doesn’t work with PayPal and many other services that allow an integrated login from the third party. Very disappointed.
Awful Business Experience
They changed the website and lost everyone’s external accounts. Then the app won’t recognize the same username and password that you are able to log into the website with.

The app is weak because it doesn’t allow you to secure loans or credit cards via the app. Or at least chat via live message to a representative would be nice. The fees from the bank for not having the minimum deposit during the pandemic have led me to close my account. Don’t waste your time or money with these thieves.

I recently opened a business account with Radius, after being with B-of-A for twenty years.
I really nice to call customer service and talk to someone immediately, that’s listens and addresses your needs promptly.
I can’t say enough good about the customer service and the apps are awesome. Really happy I found them, wish them nothing but the best!!!
