Fun and great for checking in on one’s mental health
The user interface is visually very pleasing and fun, and appeals to the inner child. The meditation made me relax and the visuals and sounds are soothing and transport you to a place of inner tranquility. This app helped me quickly evaluate my own mental wellness levels and honestly, I think everyone must check in on themselves every now and then, considering that we all are going through so much stress constantly. I like that there are so many options to choose from for what makes one happy or unhappy and different things to do in the app whether watching a video or learning about tips and techniques for emotional and mental health. I would highly recommend the Happiness Factors app.
