I struggled for 15 mins to reset a password

I forgot my password and it sent me like 15 links that didn’t work until one finally did and it wouldn’t just let me make a new acct bc of my phone number, I have never been so mad trying to order food in my life

UI is difficult to navigate

It’s always a struggle to choose one half and then the other half. It need to be more clear and/or intuitive.

The reason I served our country!!!

I love their food more than my family.

App is hit or miss

You’d think the guy who owns most of the fast food and some sit down restaurants would want his app to be consistent, but it is not. Even though we order roughly once a week on the app, it randomly forgets who we are, what are address is, how to find our address, and how we pay. We had an order for delivery to go tonight but when I had to argue with the app about our address (to which they have delivered for at least 10 years) I gave up. Fix your app, Bruce. I wish I could attach the screen shots with my full address and the message that says “Please enter your address.” I mean, you’ve delivered here for years.

It’s also concerning that they have “lost” our payment info as well as our address. I’m seriously considering deleting the app because it’s so glitchy.

Online app

Filed out all info wanted it delivered didn’t give me the option

Not convenient

The app was as one would expect until you get to entering user or payment information and there are no automatic filling capabilities.

Needs Work

It’s a very clunky and not-at-all intuitive. It asks you to put in your address, but when you do and submit it, it prompts you to enter your address, even though you have. Defaults to pick up, NOT delivery, so double check before you submit your order. If a restaurant is not offering delivery at a particular time, the app should not allow you to pick that restaurant.

Overall, needs work to be effective and avoid frustration.

Don’t like after the update

After the update it erased all my information including my 20% off discount for having 5 orders. I had to enter all my card information again, address, phone, email, and had to reset my password twice. Total pain!

Constantly freezes

It’s awesome Happy Day joined the the 21 century and built an app. It would have been better if they would have tested it first. It freezes every time I try to order, I normally end up just calling the order in and missing out on any points and/or discounts.

Never works!

App won’t let you select Clarkston for delivery. Or when you try to order online for pickup it always freezes. I wish they would figure this out.

Love the App

I’m a picky eater so it was nice that the app made customizing my items super easy.
