About

Happy Hour Radar helps you find the best drink specials, food deals, and happy hours happening right now near you. Whether it's $5 wells, half-price apps, taco Tuesday, or a brewery running $4 pints all day — Happy Hour Radar puts every deal at your fingertips, sorted by distance, time, and what matters to you. FIND SPECIALS NEARBY Browse deals at bars, breweries, restaurants, and taprooms in your area. Filter by drink specials, food deals, or both. See exactly when deals start, when they end, and what's being offered. Every day of the week is covered — not just the traditional happy hour window. MAKE A PLAN WITH FRIENDS Found a great deal? Turn it into a group plan. Invite friends, pick a time, and coordinate everything in one place. Everyone in the group sees the venue, the deal, and who's coming. No more scattered texts trying to figure out where to meet. STAY IN THE LOOP Follow your favorite venues to get notified about new specials, announcements, and events. Set alerts for deals near you so you never walk past a special without knowing it. Get a daily digest of what's happening tonight, or set timed reminders before deals start and end. EXPLORE AND DISCOVER Every venue has a profile with specials, ratings, vibe tags, and deal accuracy reported by real users. Looking for somewhere chill with craft beer and outdoor seating? RATE AND REVIEW Share your experience at any venue. Your ratings help other users find the best spots, and your reviews help venues know what's working. TRACK YOUR VISITS Curious how many times you've hit your go-to spot this month? Happy Hour Radar keeps track of your check-ins so you can look back on your history. Venue visit data is aggregated anonymously — venue owners never see your name or identity. GROWING FAST Happy Hour Radar currently covers Bend, Redmond, Sisters, Sunriver, La Pine, and the greater Central Oregon region, with new cities on the way. We're adding new venues and specials constantly — if your favorite spot isn't listed yet, let us know by visiting us at https://happyhourradar.app. Happy Hour Radar is free to use with no ads. Venue owners can claim and manage their listings through our companion web dashboard at https://happyhourradar.app/for-business.

What's New in Happy Hour Radar

1.4

WHAT'S NEW Add your phone number during sign-up so friends can find you on the plans they invite you to — and skip it anytime if you'd rather not. Tap a friend's invite link and go straight to the plan, even the very first time you open the app. Browse happy hour deals up to a week out. The new day picker on Discover lets you pick Today, Active Now, Tomorrow, or any of the next 5 days — dates are shown right in the dropdown (e.g. "Tomorrow 5/31"). Past plans now open a read-only detail view so you can revisit who came, where, and what was talked about — without the editing controls. Red dot indicators on the Announcements and Plans tabs let you see at a glance when there's something new — a fresh daily digest, an active plan happening today, or unread plan activity. IMPROVEMENTS Invite links now show a quick preview of the plan before you decide to join. Clearer messages when an invite link can't be opened — expired, full, or cancelled — so you're never left staring at a blank screen. Daily Digest moved from the Plans bell to the Announcements tab — it's a pinned card at the top, easier to find, and adapts to light/dark mode. The Plans bell is now a focused plan inbox: invites, RSVPs, comments, and proposals only. Venue announcements live on the Announcements tab where they belong. Create Plan venue picker shows distance from your location, and you can sort by Distance or A–Z. Filters now show the distance slider inline (no more "Change" tap to see it). BUG FIXES Fixed onboarding steps on iPad that could jump forward before you were ready. Polished phone-number entry during sign-up, including dismissing the keyboard cleanly between steps. Member-since date in Settings now shows your real signup date, even after you delete and reinstall the app. Daily Digest now follows your system color scheme on iOS — no more accidental dark-mode flash.
