I use the app all the time now it’s easy and quick. Only thing is it’s still says preparing sometimes when it’s been delivered so it doesn’t update. Never had an issue with the orders though and no complaints.

If I could give 0 I would I had to leave my Nan alone when she should be under 24 hour supervision just to go collect my order after paying for delivery- when I got there I was told that the delivery driver had called in this morning saying he wouldn’t be able to come in. And before I went in I called over 20 times and tried to message them and I heard nothing off them. Absolutely terrible customer service and management of online orders
