Food from Manhattan delivered to Riverdale? Sign me up. But both of my experiences have been less than ideal so far, despite the expanded kosher restaurant options. The first time my delivery window was an hour delayed, and my second at 75 minutes in the ETA stopped existing, and the company asked me if I knew what happened to help them, which I was completely lost about. Then the order was canceled, and I was told customer service is the ideal, as no effort to get my food at 7:30 pm (I ordered at 5:30) was made by the app or restaurant or whoever. Just not ready for primetime, and no real accountability like you’d get from an Uber Eats or the like.

Amazing App!
Helped me feed my 2 dogs at 3AM. Delivery fees are SO CHEAP. Beats DoorDash and Uber Eats by far. Highly recommend. This app gets you hard
