Love the game but alot of ads will not shut down, so lose all my progress so many time. Please fix this!

レベルを1に戻したいとやり方を教わったが出来ず。3回くらいやり取りをしてその返信がわりと早く良かったのだが出来ず。今はまったく返事が来なくなりました。アプリゲームてそういうものですか？見放されたようです。楽しいゲームだったので残念ですが、削除して他のゲームを探します。今までありがとうございました。

I bought a new iphone and downloaded the game it didn’t sync with my iPad then when I went on my iPad it synced with my phone and I lost my game EVERYTHING BACK TO LEVEL 1!!! I had a team called “ Happy Place “ which I stared what the heck!!! Get my game back please !! I sent a email but not answer from support

Too many ads
You have to watch an ad in order to get the points you just won. Everything you win you have to watch an ad to claim it. This was s what you call a BAD GAME! When you MUST WATCH AN AD TO MOVE FORWARD! BAD GAME!

Contacted you on another review about an unknown player in out team that’s not on our player list and we can’t kick out. I had thought that the name on it started with a …fuc.. I was wrong this is it…yugffutdyfhchu. ..Could you check it out and get rid of it since kicking isn’t an option in the profile? Our teams name is country strong.

Marketing ads are TOO LONG!!!
I got it that you need ads to survive, but they are too LONG!!! This is a timed game, so you need to work fast. 1minute long or some time more marketing kills the fun. It is sooo boring. You think we stay there to see the all minute and half marketing? Not me. Deleted.
