Simple but effective

Nice easy way to encourage good behaviour.

Great update

The recent update has some some nice new features. 👍

No longer works

App no longer works on newer iPads. I open the pan to set up a child profile and it just crashes. App needs updating if it’s still supported.

Just a smallTweak

The ONLY reason it didn’t get 5 stars is I would like to have one chart that you can input both happy and sad faces on as well as a place to set a goal or reward!! Do that and it would get 10 out of 5 stars from me!!

Great app

So with this app I found I can use this with or without the calendar option, and I love that part. But can I also use the smiley face stickers as a currency for my child to purchase little prizes such as candy or screen time? I’ve started doing that and my kids love it. This way I don’t have to dish out real money risking it getting lost.

Useless if you have more than 1 child! Waste of money!

No good for people with more than 1 child

Thanks for you’re review. With the last update you can add as many children as you like. Best regards, Jules.

Simple app - exactly what I was looking for

I like the simplicity of the chart.
If I could suggest ways to make it better, I would have the name of the app the be Happy Face Chart and the app icon as the positive face as it is more encouraging.
I would also have seven rows to represent a week, rather than six.
I am actually using this for myself, as a booster to sticking to my Slimming World diet, and using the three faces to represent my three meals a day, and see if they are 'on track' or not.
Three days in and no sad faces yet, so hey, I like the app. :)

Why all the sad faces?

I like the happy face chart. I don't like that you use a sad face for the main image of the app. I want to give my kids positive attention and don't want them digging through unhappy faces to get to it. So I will be deleting this app. Waste of money.

Response from developer

Thanks for your review. There’s the happy faces option too. Also the app icon has now changed to happy / sad. Best regards, Jules.

Ok

It's a great app but only good for 1 kid so no point buying it if you want to use it on 2+ kids.

Its only useful for one kid.

I bought this thinking it would have the option of adding a name and multiple charts.
I have 3 kids this is not enough

They should call it "happy face-sad face"

I use this as an immediate reward when my son goes to potty! It has both happy and sad faces. I only use a sad face if he exhibits a bad behavior like biting, hitting, which tantrum which he hardly ever does anymore. The name is misleading as it only implies that there are sad faces. I'd recommend the creator rename it to better reflect its value.

Thanks for you’re reviewer. I agree, I’ve changed that with the last update. Best regards, Jules.

Bit disappointing

Nice and simple, smile for good behaviour, sad for poor behaviour... I have four kids though, and there is no way to separate them up to keep track.

Needs work!

It needs to be able to open no matter if your on a call.
You should be able to have rows for separate individuals like separate children and to be able to have the choice of choosing a certain amount of sad faces like 3-5 per child/person.
It's not really all that interactive.

Response from developer

Thanks for your review. There’s been lots of changes since then. Sure you’d find everything much better. Best regards, Jules.

I like simple but...

I picked this app for its simplicity. My only complaint is that there is no way to distinguish between multiple children. Is this an app soley for the singleton child?

Simply Awful.😖😖😖😖😖

This app lacks functionality, imagination and usefulness. A waste of 69p.
