It’s basically the same app it doesn’t do much different. I would really like to be able to write memos like I’ve seen others say. Also being able to turn your cards off from the app itself was what I was looking forward to and thought would be in the update but unfortunately it wasn’t..
No option to add memo
The app functions the same as their previous and I’m not sure I see any fundamental improvements. With that being said, it works well. Only complaint I have is that you STILL cannot add memos to any transactions like you can on the website version, which is a bummer.
Mobile deposits
When mobile deposits are done that are not deposited into accts on time. Will be moving my acct to Well Fargo!

The mobile app never works!!! Every time you try to sign in it gives you an error. Face recognition NEVER WORKS!!! This has been an ongoing issue with this bank. Seriously considering switching to a bank whose app actually works!

Unlocks my phone with Face ID goes to bank app doesn’t recognize Face ID make it make sense
App doesn’t work at
Don’t waste your time with happy State Bank. Their app has not worked on and off four years and will auto reset your password. So tired of having to go into the bank for them to fix issues so now the app just doesn’t open and it automatically closes on its own very frustrated with happy state bank since the switch.

Online Deposit
Trying to deposit a check like I have done hundreds of times but the app will not let me do it. Says I need to update the app but there is no update available. Clearly it is an issue with Happy’ app not me. One more thing that this bank has issues with. They need to get their act together.
Not reliable
This app works about 50% of the time. Don’t plan on being able to use it in the late evening. Sometimes it glitches and doesn’t let you login.
Got worse
Ever since they got bought out by centinalal bank the app got worse
Need memo to mobile transfers.
Already can add memo to internal transfer on web browser. Would like to see the memo function added to the mobile app.
