Not good. Can’t even fulfill my order
After 12 hours of waiting, they said 2/3 of my order was out of stock and could not replace with other items, they cancelled my order… Not happy as i spend 25 mins trying to pick what I needed for the shop and making sure I was going to be home for delivery.. after all of that I got nothing. What a complete waste of my time.
so as a first time user this doesn’t not make a good impression. The problem is I went to that store and the items were in stock. So I might as well shop for myself until a some one creates a better version of this personal shopper app.

Missing Refund
WARNING. BE VERY CAREFUL. Whilst the shopping service was satisfactory, some items were unavailable and I am still awaiting the refund for these items. They insist they have already refunded me, but that is simply not true. It has now been 18 days since my shopping was delivered, and I am still waiting. I have exchanged 21 emails with them without success. I can only conclude that they have STOLEN my refund. What is going on?

I was hoping to shop for groceries for my family in the Philippines but it’s “out of range” for Leyte are.

I used this app for several years & was happy with it. Recently something changed…it kept asking me to verify my email address, handphone number & password. When I responded it responded that my handphone number was already being used?
I have deleted the program several times trying to use the program to no avail. I want to use the service offered but I’m not going to put up with a “broken” app.
