Not good. Can’t even fulfill my order
so as a first time user this doesn’t not make a good impression. The problem is I went to that store and the items were in stock. So I might as well shop for myself until a some one creates a better version of this personal shopper app.
Missing Refund
Happy Fresh
10/10 for customer satisfaction 🙏
Disappointed
Reject
I have deleted the program several times trying to use the program to no avail. I want to use the service offered but I’m not going to put up with a “broken” app.
Thanks,
Ron

Limit Promotional Push Notifications
What has become increasingly intolerable is the promotional push notifications and their frequency—HappyFresh, please get with the program that has been industry best practice for a long time: distinguish transactional from promotional notification types and allow users to configure them differently.
We need notifications for deliveries, chat with shoppers for item replacements, etc. These are transactional essentials, so because of these disabling the app’s notification permissions entirely is out of the question.
But I’m not interested in promotional notifications, it shouldn’t be necessary to explain this preference. Further, my iOS stats indicate HappyFresh among the highest counts of notifications, for an app that I use (and want to use) once every two weeks.
This frequency of promotions is too high even for those consumers who are price-sensitive enough to want notifications, I think.
Please stop making notifications all-or-nothing, and consider more effective/less alienating marketing strategies for protecting your churn rate.
Very buggy app
-While trying to checkout I was also unable to select cash on delivery without being bounced back to the check out page. Upon trying Grabpay, the app also had issues connecting to the payment system.
In the end I just ended up not using it to buy anything😅
Hidden service cost & greedy rider
Furthermore, greedy rider try to juggle 2 different orders from 2 different account holder from the same household into 1 order, leaving out 3 important products from an order just because they are big and heavy and only bring the lightest one. In the end, it’s my loss. No more purchases here, going back to my usual online platform
Payment difficulties
Sad Fresh
There have been quite a few issues (pricing, stock, delivery late or slot completely ignored, vouchers advertised but not actually available, rotting produce) but the farcical situation with bags is the one I'll mention here because it highlights an ridiculous policy they still have. Since you have to pay for the delivery packaging, I've chosen the RM 0.5 option if the order is small. Twice now they have "run out" of plastic bags (run out of plastic bags in a supermarket???) and switched to the RM 3 bag instead without checking if I was prepared to pay 6x the price. When I raised this with Customer Service they told me *I* had chosen the RM 3 bag. I sent them a screen shot of the original order to prove that statement was wrong. Their response was not to worry, I could return it for a refund next time! Ludicrous and a great way to lose a customer. I stopped using them for a while after that, but tried again recently. Yesterday they did exactly the same thing again. Two small bags of coffee in an enormous RM 3 bag.
Bye bye Happy Fresh. Hello Gr.ab Mart. Gr.ab is cheaper and more reliable anyway.
