NOT WORTH IT
The quality of service has reduced significantly. I definitely wouldn’t recommend paying for Pro—the Pro support is pathetic and offers nothing special. Even when the issue is clearly their fault, customer support seems to rely entirely on scripted responses and repeated apologies rather than providing an actual solution.
Deliveries are often late, and there seems to be little accountability unless you constantly follow up and complain. Then, suddenly, there is pressure on the rider to deliver faster—which raises concerns about rider safety. No delivery is worth encouraging someone to speed or take unnecessary risks on the road.
They constantly switch riders, increase prices, and put pressure on restaurants and stores. These delivery platforms seem to be gaining excessive control while the actual software experience isn’t even reliable. The app crashes randomly, features sometimes disappear, and there are constant bugs.
At this point, I might as well drive, take the bus or metro—or, in the worst-case scenario, walk. We pay for these services because we have busy lifestyles and expect convenience, but expecting that convenience often feels like a mistake.
Hot food is rarely hot—even during summer—and I have no confidence about what it will be like in winter. Cold food doesn’t always stay cold either. Spills and other delivery issues seem to happen repeatedly, and when problems occur, it feels like there are limits to how much meaningful compensation or support a customer can receive.
Overall, the practices feel unfair and increasingly frustrating. Unfortunately, I have already paid for my Pro membership, so for now, I feel stuck with it. But I certainly won’t be renewing.
