Liars … they report stuff that never happened, I order food I’m waiting but the food never arrives almost 3h later I found out that my orders were cancelled when I call they pretend that I called to cancel the orders while I’m home hungry waiting for the food to be delivered…
Late deliveries… always late never came on time if you’re lucky to receive it
Hard to get refunds …
They pretends to refund you but it takes a long time and when they refund it’s rarely full refund for orders that never arrives

اكو طلب سابق كصيتو فلوسه و موصلني شي و تواصل ويايه الدعم و كال عود نرجعه ورا اسبوعين و كلشي مرجع
جان الطلب من اسطا كص و نسحب فلوس من الماستر و موصلني الطلب و لا الفلوس رجعت!!
معامله خدمه العملاء سيئه جدا
التطبيق شبع فلوس وأصبح يعامل الزبائن بأسوء معامله
