I can’t pay with cash
Every single time I always pay with cash but later something going wrong it doesn’t work the cash thing to me and everyone it work on talabat mart it doesn’t work for restaurants or fast food so I barely use it anymore

Bad customer service
Extremely poor and disrespectful customer service. He just hang up on me without knowing what he was saying! I will report this to the authorities

I have used many food delivery apps before and I almost always get the right order and whenever I don’t I get properly compensated but with talabat you can’t call the customer support and when you submit an issue they never compensate you well it you pay 28 jd they will compensate you with 1 jd even when the main course and the sides have an issue in the order and you provide evidence

It always takes twenty minutes and it’s so expensive walahi even breadfast is cheaper walahi soo expensive and sometimes they bring rotten fruits and veg so and milk and cheese so never buy fresh foods from there

Rice should be optional! Even the extras, what if I want my tacos plain?
No way to contact customer service
I contacted them immediately after my order was filled everywhere And I didn’t receive a refund so I messaged Talbat again and there was no way for me to talk to anyone at this point it’s basically stealing from people when you order something and you don’t get it and they don’t refund you so I don’t know what you guys wanna do but you guys need to fix everything or I’ll continue to complain

Refunds are annoying
They make my 10 order wrong and I ask for a refund and they give me 1 kd expiring in months how is that a refund and their agents are liars and difficult to deal with I won’t remove this until talabat refunds me my money back
