On time guarantee is a scam
They have an On-time guarantee that is a scam and then when you claim, they intentionally introduce ton of bureaucracy in the app to prevent you and delay you from claiming. They introduced AI Chatbot that is as horrible as their human customer services reps. I switched to Keeta/Deliveroo for most of my orders

Inconvenient to use unlike other apps.
Needs an email and doesn’t work with all payment cards. Includes a huge amount of stores just not enough. Difficult to access the app or login
