Hi there! It seems there’s a major misunderstanding here about how our platform operates, so I'd love to clear this up. First, absolutely zero bars are 'auto-enrolled' into our Passport or free shell promotions. Every single bar participating in that program was personally contacted and voluntarily opted-in to offer those deals to drive new foot traffic to their lounges. Second, HappyKava is completely free for bar owners to claim their listing, update their menus, and get discovered by our 13,000+ users. There is zero requirement to pay us anything. The $399 fee you mentioned is a completely optional, one-time lifetime license for premium marketing tools (like website widgets, social media builder tool, in-bar games) for owners who want to upgrade. We built this app specifically to support independent kava bars and give them the tools to thrive.
