This app is trash. It’s not allowing me to checkout my online order.
Buggy at best, scam at worst.
This is the most poorly built app I’ve ever used. Half of the buttons just don’t work, they’ll be stuck perpetually loading. This is most common with any of the deals - sometimes you can’t open them at all, sometimes you can open it but can’t add it to the cart.
Interesting that the full-priced items never seem to have this problem though, I can always add those to the cart without any issue.

Useless App
Just moved to Michigan and wanted to try Happy Pizza. We have loved Savvy Sliders and apparently they’re owned by the same company. We downloaded the app and went to sign in. It said it sent a verification to my phone and never received. It tried several times. My daughter tried on her phone several times. Could not get it to work on the website either.So we gave up and went to Domino’s and had a delicious dinner.

Okay app, but move the blue thing.
Whatever the blue arrow thing is in the bottom right corner that you can’t even click on is really annoying and blocks every price.

I’ve wasted 15 dollars because this app doesn’t work. Every time I order cheese bread and a large fry my fries never show up. Restaurant says I only ordered the cheese bread and only paid for the cheese bread. so the app charges me full price n only orders the cheese bread n pays for it keeping the rest of my money making a illegal profit. This app is 3rd partied. Do not trust it

I don't notice any options for combos. There's also another Happy's pizza app. Why are there 2 apps in the app store?

I love this app so much. I am aware that there is another app for this but this app is the best one. The other one is way more complicated and I like this one very much!
Able to choose condiments and sides.
I wish I am able to choose to get ketchup packets or not. I don’t like ketchup and it feels wasteful to toss those when I get something with fries. Also to be able to get the breadsticks or not. I don’t like the new breadsticks that now come with some of the meals, they are nasty. I tried the last time I ordered but it also turned off the coleslaw. So I had to turn it back on so I would get the coleslaw and I never even got the coleslaw.

Do not use!
I got this app, went to the store and they had no order. The store location was correct and there was a charge on my card and nothing. I had to place it again when I got to the store and wait another 20 minutes. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
App isn’t reliable
I downloaded the app for the free giant cookie. The app glitched and redeemed my coupon before I actually got a chance to use it. I placed my online order and called the store explaining my situation. I was told the app has nothing to do with the store and that my cookie could not be redeemed over the phone. Waste of time and space.

Can’t pay with card
I see complaints that people were upset you couldn’t pay with cash, and it looks like that might have been addressed- because now you can only pay with cash. This makes little sense to me! The person who answered the phone at my local Happy’s when I called to inquire was also incredibly rude and hung up on me. Not impressed!

This app is great. I’ve used it a handful of times. The only complaint I have is I wish it’ll give the option to pay with cash.

Just ok
I allowed notifications to get updates on my order, however I did not. They called wondering where I was. The app does not allow you to order in advance for a specific time making it difficult to order during my commute home. It also does not provide an eta for when it will be ready. Just read another review in which the app does not allow to include tip. This is also disappointing as I planned I using it for delivery in the future. Please just tweak it a bit!!

App is worthless because they want to force you to only use a card. Will probably never use this app because of that.
