Bad customer service
Happy VV is a very bad application and its customer service is even worse. I took a VIP for a month, after that I didn't get that VIP and when I messaged the customer service, I messaged many officials, gave screenshots, at the end they gave me this conclusion that my payment was not received. The screenshot I gave them of PhonePe or the money deducted from my account, they are all lies. For ₹279 I am dying here. I use any application, I take VIP in all of them and all the applications are so good like StarMaker, there if there is any problem, we get the resolution immediately. But this Happy VV is such an application I have seen where the customer service also replies so late and after that they are saying that the payment has not been received, my money has been deducted from the account. Although ₹279 is not such a big amount but I have not seen such a bad application till date. Please I will not recommend this application and please do not download this application anyone.
