strong hepatic, can't mute sound

This hepatic metronome generates a strong hepatic sensation. But contrary to what is said in the description about being a silent beat, I can't find a way to mute its sound without muting my entire watch. if I could find a way to mute the sound it would be a good metronome for pacing activity, such as running, jump roping, etc. It would also be great if it offered more than one kind of sound.
