Won’t login
Endless loop of putting ID#, password, then phone number, then it asks for it all over again and again and again…. Never actually logs in

Not being able to see anything with my credit card transactions is ridiculous. Especially at the beginning of the month not being able to look at online banking. I can’t pay off my credit card. It’s awful and unacceptable.
Latest update is not working
After the latest update I cannot get in even with manual password login. I enter my credentials, it prompts me for a phone number then punts me to the login screen in an endless loop. This app worked prior to their mobile banking update on 3/1/26 so I assume the third party who handled that skipped testing. Shame, too, it worked fine before the March 1 update.

Not sure what’s happening but…
Lately when it takes your password from the Apple password app it just doesn’t work. ALWAYS constant login issues and we have to change our password during almost every login which is super annoying when you share an account with your partner. Face ID doesn’t stay active. It’s a huge pain to even login. Honestly it makes me want to get a new bank and move my money. You’d think in 2026 they would be able to balance security with convenience. What the point of a Face ID option if it just turns off all the time. Not sure what company they hired to make this app but they don’t know what they are doing. I’d prefer a bank with a modern app. This is ridiculous. And absolutely frustrating.
