HARBOR@work is IA Interior Architects’ interactive workplace experience app that digitally connects an organization’s workforce to the work environment from any location, anytime. True to the meaning of the verb harbor (to home or shelter), HARBOR@work brings together in one digital environment all the existing tools, applications, resources, and searchable data that empower employee productivity and connectivity, as well as company information, and links to social media and local amenities. Enabling employees to be and do their best at the office or when working remotely—because today work happens anywhere and everywhere. • Creates a central point of communication, collaboration, and workflow in a client-branded, digital environment accessible from any location • Integrates workplace resources using an intuitive and easy to navigate format • Provides information to build community and encourage well-being • Becomes a primary channel to facilitate workplace change when adopting new work patterns, moving to a new location, renovating the workplace, or adopting new tools or features • Eases the on-boarding of new employees • Provides a resource for visitors
