I used to use the app a lot but it never remembers my login and password anymore.
Can’t login after update.

Waste of time. Terrible
So, I am sat at a bar wanting to book a sea plane flight to see the sights of Vancouver. To avoid running over to the physical booth over the promenade I downloaded the app and created an account. I literally have downloaded the app to make a purchase, book a flight and use their products, however the app was so poorly constructed and difficult to use I found no way to easily book the experience. If there is a profit owner on the team if developers then please replace this member of staff with someone who understands the product, end goal and conversion stats. I am a customer who wants to purchase your product and test I cannot. I wonder how many passengers you have lost due to such a terrible user experience.
On a more constructive note I will advise that the company focus more on conversion rates, zero signup and funnelling users to buy the same excursions offered on the brosure. Forget the departure and arrival airports.. it’s not an airline! It is an experience where you arrive at the same location you depart!
