App doesn’t allow patient to download results
I’m very disappointed with the HR app. It doesn’t give me the opportunity for patients to download and store their images and report of their own examination. This is so wrong! If I want to keep my records, I should be totally entitled to it.
Also previous results from other years aren’t kept in the history for a minimum of 5 years.
