False advertising
I was on the casino site, it shows the promotion for new sports players to win a 5 dollar bet and get 150 in bonus bets. I hadn’t placed a bet, I read the terms and conditions properly and it took 2 hours to get a response from support and they didn’t honour the promotion that was on their site. 0/10 would not recommend.

Don’t use a debit Mastercard to deposit
It wouldn’t let me to do e transfer and let me use my debit card but won’t let you withdrawal with Mastercard. Now, getting the run around and someone will reach out in 6-12 hours but never do I have to keep messaging them.

Account verification was smooth took about an hour or so, but withdrawals take a little bit then my account got suspended because I was trying to deposit but it wasn’t accepting my card.
