This casino will allow you deposit wager no problem but when I comes time to withdraw well then there is a issue they will suspend your account and make you wait days on days just to respond to you and when they do finally they will ask you for documents you will send them and they will make you wait days again

Worst game ever developed
I can honestly say that this game is the worse one yet. All the negative reviews are all true and I can confirm you will never get anything remotely close to big. The most I cashed out of in bonus games was 1.98 - 5.46. Nothing more and this was for a good majority of games. Let me also mention the first day I signed up , my account was suspended and had to be reviewed for no reason. I did gamble what I could and have played for the last 30 days and can assure you and promise you , you will never get anything at all. You have better chances with Betty Casino, Draft kings , fan duel. These games mentioned you actually can have some fun with and win. Hard rock should be removed and not allowed to operate. Horrible customer service
I’m literally just trying to get my bonus as part of the bet 5 get 150 deal and they won’t give it to me even though I’m fully eligible. I’ve had this ongoing for 6 days and it still hasn’t been resolved. 5 different live agents have all told me different things. I’ve been told 4 times that I’ll be contacted by email and I never have. Account suspended - fraud detection
My card declined my withdrawal attemtps three times in a tow because they thought it was fraud. I finally got the text to say yes it was me and hardrock suspended my account and wont help me to get it back
