This app was a fun way to kill some time until I randomly get permanently banned with no word as to why and no course for recovery, no support, no help whatsoever. They will push all these deals onto you to pay money but provide 0 support for those who has paid the money then left with millions in chips gone

App is fun but mostly all games are simulated and the house edge is huge. Also there is no more sports betting available was takes away from the app.

Designed to cheat don’t download
If you play this game be prepared to have them cheat in blackjack. The dealer seems to always have 20 or 21 every other hand while you always get the low cards. It’s designed to make you lose so that that you have to constantly purchase their chips. Run far and away from this app. DONT NOT DOWNLOAD
Filled with Ads
I’ve been using this app for several years now and the game is great. HOWEVER, in the recent month they have added popup ads that will show up after every game and whenever you are browsing the app. One or two I would understand but it is constant now and has ruined the experience. Like this it is not worth it at all. Will be uninstalling. Too bad cause I’m a Hard-rock member and enjoy their hotels and casinos. But this is unacceptable.

If you enjoy playing against a dealer who consistently pulls 7 card 21s and 6 card 20s, then this game is perfect for you. The so-called “fair play” they advertise is a joke. The odds feel blatantly manipulated and the game barely resembles real blackjack.
Every time you build a solid hand or play correctly, the dealer somehow pulls off another miracle streak. It becomes obvious very quickly that the whole thing is designed for you to lose so you eventually spend money on more chips. There’s nothing fun or rewarding about it. It’s frustrating, misleading, and honestly a waste of time.
Just to be clear, this is a 1 star review, not a 5 star review. The only reason it appears as 5 stars is because they bury or shadowban negative reviews so the rating looks better than it really is. A lot of players are experiencing the same issues, but you’d never know because the honest feedback barely shows up.

Worse cheating game
How is it that in 20 minutes of playing I get one black jack and bust almost every time I do t have 17 or over. While dealer keeps hitting 20 on 5 and 6 cards. Just ridiculous.
Not worth the frustration
Understandable that a casino game is about luck and some skill but this game is ridiculous. You’re trying to tell me I can have a “Huge win” on a slot and the proceed to lose it all in 8 straight blackjack hands. Dealer shows 10 more often than not and should not hit BJ 3 times in 8 hands. Definitely seems rigged to get users to buy chips.

Terrible Game
I was able to make it to 30 Million coins and the game proceeded to not allow me to win WINNABLE hands until I lost every coin. The game wants you to spend real money in order to make coins which have no real world value. Its ridiculous.
Worst then a actual casino
Lost 18 hands in a row not sure how that’s possible and the bots on here hit on stupid stuff and always make a hand seems weird
