This app is horrid. Messaging and texting to log in doesn't work reliably. What a waste.
Good intention
It’s ridiculously unreliable. It makes communication much more difficult than necessary. You send a message and they may or may not get. If they do get it’s hit or miss if they will get notified. When it’s working it’s great but not getting notified about a message until days later makes it useless. It’s great for substituting FB feed but not all schools utilize it so still have to watch socials for information

App outdated
Once again, it says im using an out of date version with no way of updating it.
Doesn’t give an option to sign up for rooms.
I’ve updated the app, but still not able to access rooms or messages. I can only see the main page. For me the app is useless.
Functional but not great for communication
It would be a good app as an alternative to social media posts. Gives the teachers control over who can see class updates vs Facebook or Instagram. But for interaction and/or communication between parents and teachers it fails miserably. If the 2 devices aren’t on the same update messages get stuck in limbo not sure how that may also be effected by different OS. Not all messages get sent. I liken the messages to an old cork board. I’ll pin my message and wait to see who comes by and reads it. I was hoping once the year started the app would start feeling more familiar and helpful but I find myself dreading when I do finally get a notification from it.

Interface
Interface isn’t half bad I can send messages and overall works pretty well for a school app
Unable to communicate
I wrote my child’s teacher and didn’t receive a reply so I emailed her to find that she did reply but it says that I’m not using an updated version on her end. So neither of us knew I didn’t get the message and there is no where to update the app on my end and no one to contact for help. So Im writing this review to get someone’s attention to resolve my issue.

Messages
I am not able to write messages to my children teachers. When I try to the app will force close it and the notifications will not clear out.
