Innovative, User Friendly, and Hot!
I stayed through the old, buggy versions because of a feature that I think is unique to Hardline; it allows live connections with guys on an affiliated phone line, and without a paywall!
In the past couple of years, and especially very recently, The work done on Hardline has made it super easy and super hot to use. And they’re really responsive on their “Contact Us” feature. I reported bugs - bugs squashed. I recommended adding a function - function added! Plus more features I sure hadn’t thought of. They really are working to make Hardline the best chatline (and hookup app, if you’d like) available. I look forward to what’s coming!
All this is why I’m giving Hardline a 5 star rating. The other gay hookup/chat-lines are coasting -
Hardline is innovating!
Please create an account and see who’s around. If there aren’t App Guys handy, there’re plenty of Phone Guys who are on regularly. Enjoy yourself!
Don’t update!
I’m required to sign in again. Filled in my email address and my password. Though there are no check boxes, I reviewed the app’s terms of service and privacy policies. Tapping the still gray Login button brings a popup that all required fields must be filled in before I can continue. I filled in the only two boxes available. Please fix!

Hi there, Thank you for letting us know about this issue. We're working on a fix, but if possible, it would helpful to see what the sign in page looks like for you. If you're up for it, you could send us a screenshot at customercare@fmginc.com along with the version of your phone's OS. Thank you for your continued feedback.
Canned responses don’t cut it.
Thanks for your request to email you, but I prefer to message you here. Here’s the previous message, now I think two or more weeks old:
There are fewer than 40 men worldwide using this with a public profile. 99% of those cruising in stealth mode can be assumed to be scammers, and the very easiest kind of scammer to spot messaged me again. Fazza, the prince of the UAE. I’m not sure why scammers are so focused on using this very famous man’s name and image, but c’mon! It shouldn’t take more than a half hour to peruse your client list and delete these most obvious bots and scammers.

Hi there, We can assure you the responses aren't templates, it's real people here to respond to you. We ask for you to contact us via email as in our response, there is a character limit and we won't ask you for any of your account details here in public. This makes it limiting at times to properly assist some of our customers, so this is our method. There's no issue staying here on the reviews forum instead. As you state here yourself, yes, this is a continuous effort as these types of accounts pop up every day or those who want to use platforms such as our for ill intent always find a way back. We have a team that screens content and will forward your feedback to them to be on the lookout for Fazza and other spam accounts. Thank you for taking the time to edit and re-submit new reviews to help us make improvements.
Fazza is back

Good evening, We are sorry to hear you had such a poor experience while using the app. If there is anything further we can to do possibly resolve this for you, please reach out at customercare@fmginc.com
What are you doing?
Another new update brings another loss of features: I cannot hear “Phone Guys” outgoing messages, and either they can’t hear, or can’t respond to, messages from me, or I can’t receive any messages they might be sending. There’s also no signal to show which messages I’ve tried to listen to, as there once was. The live connection has never worked. Anyone reading - the potential of chatting with “Phone Guys” is the only reason to use this app. If this feature is gone, no reason to download.
This is far from the only thing wrong with this app, but it’s the main one. I promised to make a list of the issues, but it got very long and disorganized. I’ll admit I’m not very dedicated to it. I’ll renew my interest when I can record an outgoing message of my choice, as I could once do, and am able to message to and from guys actively on the app - the “Phobe Guys”. As a bonus, go ahead and fix the live connect!
If this feature is now behind a paywall, there is nothing to indicate this. But really, who’s gonna pay?
Thanks!

Phone Msg Play right over each other.
Other than that, the usual scammers and bots are here, at your service. I thought the app was a usable mess before the update. Little did I know how much messier it could get.

Features removed to paywall
Used to be good
Bugs are fixed 🤠👍
Used to be decent
Now live connections never work. The messages stacking on top of each other is extremely frustrating. Please upgrade these features and I will gladly come back to use it when things are in working order.
App chat doesn’t work
Version 2.2.7 is not ready for ANYONE
•Chat bubbles from both sender and receiver stack on the z-axis — making every text exchange illegible.
•Audio chat bubbles don’t play when touched.
With phone users:
•Attempting to initiate a live-chat with a phone user simply sends a blank message to the phone user— making them think an App user is just a phone user who doesn’t know what he’s doing —and the phone user rejects the connection.
•Phone users report receiving the request, but connections never go through.
•Voice messages from phone users stay in the upper inbox after being read and sometimes are duplicated.
•Similarly, phone users also report that App users are appearing in the national lineup more than once.
In general:
•App still crashes unexpectedly
•In short, this version needs a massive overhaul. Prior to iOS 11, the app used to work with occasional bugs and crashes (operational 85–90% of the time). This version is virtually unusable (dropping to 5–8%). I’ve been using this app for years and while I don’t like to look a gift horse in the mouth, I’d have to say that this horse needs a dental and orthodontic appointment— stat.
•The App Store link for user support doesn’t lead to a website that allows users to report bugs or concerns but instead to a page for acquiring new phone users.
