Can’t reserve
Used to be great but I now can’t reserve books so it is next to useless
Can you make the app 12+ for the age restrictions
Notification could be better when book is ready for collection after reserving
Why only one card?
I love this app, so useful as you can renew books quickly or see which book you have on loan when you gather them when it’s time to return the lot. But a major fault is the fact you can only load one card. We are a family of 4 and everyone has their own card but I can only enter details for one card so I still need to renew the books from the other cards using the outdated and time consuming phone system. Hope you can change this as it would be a great improvement.

Library App
This was a great idea and worked well for the first two years, but has recently stopped working at all. The entry screen is not responsive, I can't search, renew or look at my account😥, so needs some work to get working again!
Can't reserve
Was working fantastically before and was able to reserve, but not now!!!!! Please fix will get 5 *
