Nice but could be better
I like very much the recording possibility but it lacks the possibility to store the files and to listen to them later. Could it be added ?

Very useful app
I’ve been using this app for over 1 1/2 years and still find it very useful. Sometimes I open it just to verify note locations for a specific harmonica key. Other times I am working on bends and the feedback is invaluable. The fact that you can define your own harmonica layout is an awesome addition for my custom harmonicas (and any keys the developer has not predefined). For the cost, this is one of my best IOS app purchases. Thank you!

You may click on button "Key of C" and choose or define yourself
App with great extra use !
It already does a very nice job right from the start; but then I used the builtin Editor (very easy) to create a "harmonica" with the notes of the major pentatonic scale only ... and this is tremendously useful in practicing this scale ! Fantastic, no other app allows this afaik ! Next will be a blues-scale-only "harmonica" :-)

Doesn’t show bent note.
I know the notes are bent but the display does not show it.

Ich spiele seit 1,5 Jahren Mundharmonika und diese App hilft ungemein dabei die richtigen Noten beim Bending zu treffen. Einfach Übungen mit wechselnden Half und Whole Step Bends lassen sich wunderbar kontrollieren und bring sehr schnell Erfolge. Die App hilft dabei ein besser Spieler zu werden. Würde mehr dafür bezahlen!

Update made app useless
The latest update made this wonderful app useless now when it shows you pick any key and it shows your Harmonica it does not show letters it does not show the notes it has three dots on the spaces above and below the indicated holes does not show any note symbols or any notes still works for the green red and yellow but just shows dots please fix this issue because I used to love this app

I appreciate how this app helps me see if I am hitting the correct notes and if I am making the bend. I like how easily I am able to switch harmonica keys to use with all my harps. Thank you for this handy tool.

I bought this app yesterday and it worked fine. However, went back to it today and the different notes on the right hand side beneath the harmonica layout keep cycling through. When a note for the C harmonica comes up, the note lights up briefly. Disconcerting as I play because various notes light up that shouldn’t

Useful learning tool
Newbie harmonica player. This program lets me “see” my bends, providing instant reinforcement when I’m moving in the right direction. The visual layout also helps me develop an intuitive sense of where the notes are. One big gripe: all of the notes are labeled as naturals or flats. There are no sharps! I know that G flat is the same tone as F sharp, but it’s awfully distressing to see it displayed that way. Especially for someone with a bit of music theory. How hard would it be to label the notes using standard notation? Or offer that as a display option, to toggle back and forth?

Thanks for issue. I thought that earlier but in app I must have clear values. Is it correct for you if in settings option to show only sharps or show only flats?

I can not convert the tabs to other keys. It always stay on tabs on the key of C. How do I change to the other keys ?

the blurb implies many keys are available: but only two are, c and d. i wanted key of A so i have wasted my money. it works ok in those keys but i do not like to be misled, so only 1 star.

Now the app contains more keys with more to come. So I feel better about it now. It works well enough and I can recommend it.
5 stars when all keys in an octave are covered, meanwhile 4.

I’m very disappointed. I paid $.99 for the lesser version. You’d think that amount would be credited toward the “Pro” version, but it’s not.
Secondly, I guess I should have read the fine print before I paid an additional $3.99. Only 4 keys come predefined, C, D,A, and G. Supposedly more can be defined, but how to do so is unclear.
If there is a customer contact, I’m going to ask for my money back.

now is key of C,D,A,G and E in the next version will be F and than Bb ... Probably in version 5.0 will be overblow. For sure version 5.0 will key of F and overblows/overdraws for all original harmos. Probably next week There will be release
