HarmoniqSuite Orchestra

HarmoniqSuite keeps orchestra musicians on top of the work their orchestra sends them. When your orchestra offers you a project, it appears the moment you open the app. You can see the dates, the seat you're being offered and the pay rate before you decide, then accept or decline in a tap. No email chains, no missed replies. Pending offers sit at the top of your home screen with the first performance date and the position you've been asked to cover. Accept or decline without leaving the page. My Calendar lists every rehearsal, service and performance across all your projects in date order. Each entry carries the time, the venue and the room, with directions one tap away. Each project shows your current status, your seat, the full rehearsal schedule and the program. Works are listed with composer, movements and timings, so you know what you're preparing and how long it runs. Download the sheet music for a project straight to your phone and open it in Files, Books, or wherever you read from. STAY IN THE LOOP Announcements from the office reach you in the app, both across your orchestra and inside the individual project they relate to. KEEP YOUR DETAILS CURRENT Update your contact details, photo and pronouns yourself, so your personnel manager always has the right information. ACCESS HarmoniqSuite is provided by your orchestra. Your personnel manager will send you an invitation along with the orchestra code you need to sign in. You can't create an account on your own.
