Will not let me sign up when all the information is correct.
Can’t get signed up
I filled out all the correct information, but when I reached the verification stage, the app would not send the verification to text or email. Multiple attempts to sign up failed. The last attempt directed me to call the bank. If I have to call, I don’t need an app. I have accounts in your bank and I answered all the questions correctly, so what’s the problem?

Horrible customer customer service. They rub like they are in the stone ages. They don’t have 24/hr support. RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The are really a backwood company. Wouldn’t be surprised if something shady is going on.
