Flakey app
Possibly the worst app I have. It’s flakey, falls off network all the time, it really is unreliable. Needs serious work and updates. Today the online aspect is broken/offline. I phoned for support. Sorry nothing we can do. It’s up to the Spanish to fix. How rubbish is that.
Needs good batteries
After using this for a while I have concluded that the thermostats used for this must have good Batteries to be reliable. It is impossible to set up the system for use without them as the Wi-Fi mode does not last long enough with weak batteries
It is also important to fill in all of the form data on a given radiator to get reliable feed back from the app
Syncing the time is unreliable, yet fundamental to get the auto function performing as required. Server connection does not always function reliably

Abysmal!!!
I paid almost £4000 for a Climastar system, this app lets it down!!! Randomly changed my radiator temperatures, have to save a schedule 4 times before the radiator registers it. Turning on and off, forget that, you cannot turn a radiator on or off via this app, it just doesn’t work!!!! UPDATE THIS ASAP!!!
