About

Harpers SW is the field app for the Harpers South West traffic management crews on site and the office team who plan their work. It is a private app: sign-in needs a company-issued account. ON SITE • Your day grouped by job, the address one tap from directions. • Start, pause and complete tasks, with each job's paperwork surfaced as you go. • Photo evidence captured on the job, stamped with place and time. • Message the crew and the office, per job. • See your hours and sign your timesheet. • Report a site issue instantly. • Works with no signal — work syncs when you are back in range. AWAY FROM A DESK • New job requests arrive live: review, approve, follow progress. • Check the roster, open the document library, sign off finished work. Invoicing, exports and admin stay on the web app.

What's New in Harpers SW

1.0.6

October 6, 2026

What's new: • Falling-behind alerts: the office now gets a heads-up when photos are late, paperwork isn't signed or a timesheet is left unsigned — tap the alert to go straight to the job. • "Photo due now" reminders for operatives during the shift. • Office: new Operatives and Registrations screens to look up people and view or download their documents. • Client forms can now include a link to open and mark as completed. • Re-booked jobs open with the crew already on the day. • Signing a timesheet is smoother — the page no longer scrolls while you sign. • Photos with no location are stamped "NO LOCATION". • Tapping a notification opens the job or task it's about. • Planner day strip stays pinned while you scroll. • Lots of small layout and date-format fixes.
