I have been a loyal customer for years and have never seen the obvious recent scams going on this app so I have to speak on it! I used to win all of the time but something has obviously happened because the jackpots are all scams now, they don’t even announce any big winners anymore because there are NONE! The daily jackpot is a complete joke…hardly ever reaches over $500 by 11pm when all players are contributing $2 spin on at least 20 games when it used to be in the thousands! The win loss ratio is obviously no longer being regulated, games keep freezing, strange errors and the playback bonus is also scam! Sorry to say it but these issues are too obvious so please stop robbing us and just retire the app!

WORST WITHDRAWAL PROCESS
I am now on hold for the 5th time today…after being asked to submit an excessive amount of documents, needing to call to speed up the verification process, only for my account to be ridiculously closed before the withdrawal hit for using the wrong card. Now I have to call for a 5th freaking time to verify my ID.

I have played several different casino apps like hardrock bet , Cesar’s, Bally’s religiously for years all of which you win some and you lose some which is normal. However Harrah’s is extremely odd no matter how much you play or what games you play there’s no wins. I understand everything is “random” but this app feels off to play for over a week and not win anything is beyond odd. I really think this thing is rigged. Even small wins would have given some sense of normality but this thing eats it all. I’d recommend trying hard rock bet instead. Even their daily jackpot is larger than what harrahs offers

First of all, without question, the games on this app are 100% rigged and something tells me half of them aren’t even regulated. Me and some friends have done tests multiple times on multiple books. We will deposit $100 and do 100 $1 blackjack hands for example just to see. Most books sit at around 40-55% win rate. This one? Consistently at about a 10-15% win rate. Over and over again too. And when you DO win, it takes normally 4-5 days for a withdrawal to hit. And god forbid, you need customer service? Forget about it. Nightmare to deal with. Does not give you your money
No matter what proof I send that my account is my bank account they still refuse to give me my money. It’s been months and I have yet to get my winnings

Win some lost some decided to cash out. Got an email saying my withdraw was approved- no money in my account. Then I get an email stating I needed to verify my phone number, I can’t, they are sending texts to the wrong number even though the correct number is in my information. Can’t even make an account
Been on here for at least to hours trying to make an account fill out everything then it has you waiting for ever to verify sat here waiting and it just keeps saying verifying. Spoke to an agent of they tell me to delete cookie and cache try different browsers. I did just wasted another hour doing all of that didn’t help at all

Worse gambling app experience
Casino offered me some FreePlay to join up so I did and want some money off of it once the promo was cleared. I had about $80 that I could withdraw that was a month ago. I'm still waiting for the withdrawal I have called multiple times was told that the issue was resolved. After a lengthy verification process it's still not resolved
