Very poor app.
The app offers a bonus if you refer a friend. Well I did and neither of us received the offer promised. I raised a query through the app and got an acknowledgment from the support team it would be dealt with within 48 hours. Well, over two weeks and I’m still waiting. Poor service. Not impressed.

It doesn’t work they give you a link that only sends your friend to the appstore link for the app, when they sign up nothing happens, a referral code would work but they don’t use ome.

Can’t sign up
Love Harris and Hoole but this app is not user friendly. It doesn’t work to try sign up with apple which I don’t like doing - would rather sign up with email but this isn’t an option. So I can’t use it’s I don’t have a user name and log in

Disappointing
You can collect stamps at my local H+H but cannot redeem the rewards for loyalty at the same branch. Unless this changes I won’t be using H+H again.

Scan app when buying drinks and most of the time it doesn’t register so lose out on stamps..already missed out on 3 stamps this week!

The best coffee
I spent more than £560 over two years. The best coffee shop in the world so far, so good. Great respect, clean, dedication, team work, top brand plates and cups, top brand quality coffee product, very friendly, clean and standard hygiene procedure.

Stamps don’t work
Have scanned for stamps on multiple visits and no stamps are applied. Staff advise is to try again next time. Won’t bother buying coffee here or using app.
New User
I have been visiting Hoole & Harris outlets for a number of years, but only recently realised that they offered a loyalty app. Despite a hiccup initially, with not being credited with a free cup for downloading app, all was sorted quickly and promptly by customer services. Most impressed. My wife and I both love the coffee options and prefer the flavour, taste and presentation (not builders mugs or silly off centred cups and saucers) of H&H coffee to other high street outlets.

Delicious coffee
What a wonderful discovery! A friendly place to go and have a latte . I must add the coffee is rather special and now I’m obsessed with having to visit as much as I can. Im a very happy customer, thank you!
