Can’t change the face of the watch
I can’t change the face of my watch, it was working before and now it won’t work,I have reset the watch the phone and even uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. Please advise?
Apps backwards
To set up your smart watch you need the health app from store, they are back to front, this app will not set up your watch. Use other app and it connects no problem

It’s very good and everything but can someone tell me why my headphones don’t work and I can’t call PLEASE?
Because your worth it
I did my research on a budget friendly smart watch and came across this product at a reasonable price with great features. There was a deal on the Argos website (same deal at the shopharrylime.com) anyway I ordered online (Argos) and was given a notification I could collect it the next day. I collected the item only to arrive home and realise the EarPods don’t work. I took the item back to Argos Penge branch. I was given an option of a refund or another item of the same product. I asked for a new item, once given I asked the kind lady at the till if she could open the box and see if all the content is there and of working order. She was very helpful and fulfilled my request. As she opened the box she noticed there was no headphone with my order. I then told her, I am delighted I asked you to check otherwise I would have gone home and would have to come back. I got a refund however I went onto the Harry Lime website they had the same deal. Smart watch that makes and receives calls. I placed my order and it was sent via Royal Mail 48 hours couriers. The watch is brilliant and good quality. Connects with the iPhone with ease, app is functional and simplistic, charge last a full day and it has exceptional sound when making or receiving call by the watch, you don’t need to shout nor hold the watch to your mouth. The EarPods work perfectly too especially when making and receiving calls. Now the watch is faultless the EarPods has a slight dip of quality when listening to music compared to the apple EarPods i normally use. Overall it would be a 100% if the sound quality was a tiny bit better to rival apple or Samsung EarPods but for making and receiving calls on the go. I highly recommend it. Overall little disgruntled with the first two items Argos gave me. Only good thing was the understanding and professionalism of the Argos staff at the Penge branch otherwise I would have been ranting and raving. Oh the all works brilliantly.

This is the wrong app for the watch
This app doesn’t work for the watch.If you can’t get your watch to link to your phone , search for the Harry lime fitness app, install that and it should link up first time .
What a trash app and watch!
Absolute garbage! I kindly advice you not to buy the watch or get this app. Your not even given a tutorial to connect your watch. It just simply says connect your phone with Bluetooth. However, how am I meant to connect it with Bluetooth if the device hasn’t shown up and the only solutions they give are just basic solutions even a baby could think of. The watch is simply useless with a phone and is a waste of £100.
