Severe glitches and lags since last app update, even after clearing cache. Ridiculous

This game is so fun I love how you get to be in a house and learn spells AND make friends but one thing you can improve is give people one 1 energy every minute instead of getting ONLY 1 each minute because it drains quickly also it takes so long to move up to year 2 like almost actually a year when it should be like less than six mouths and itās so annoying you cannot do defence against the dark arts until year 5 because itās my favourite class so if you could do that from year three and up or less I would be very thankful and finally you canāt really pick your own story line and the choices you make donāt impact at all on the story apart from that though it is a really fun game and I am obsessed with it thanks for taking it into consideration byeš

Crashes every 30sec
The devs just donāt seem interesting in fixing the game crashes here. Unless you have a phone with a crazy amount of RAM you canāt go over a minute playing, which causes loss of serious progress sometimes. They programmed in a manual save button but why is it out of hundreds of game apps Iāve used Iāve never once had this problem? Check the subreddit, itās been widespread for years.
The gameplay itself has its ups and downs, and Iāve been playing for a long time and Iām in the graduation class. This takes quite a lot of energy, more so than prior years, which can make the story hard to follow, and events hard to win.
They introduce new features to the game, then very quickly ruin them so they are unwinnable or offer a fraction of the rewards. They also introduce beta tests all the time so that half the players get to watch the other half win all this great stuff in the Discord and Reddit and then they never offer the left out players anything.
If youāre a huge Potter fan you might like it for a little while but a lot of people give up. Oh and donāt ever spend real money in the game because if you do they take away free rewards from your game and make the other purchases more expensive.

Game crash
Iāve been playing for years, last year it started crashing, Iāve used real money(stupidity) & Iofficially can no longer play. It wonāt load and if it does it immediately crashes .
Energy
Game is great but takes forever to get energy so if this could be fixed the game would be even better.

Please fix the energy
I think this game is so much fun until the energy starts hitting you. You have to pay to get energy faster or you have to wait like eight hours, the story is very unique but not many people ever finish it because it just takes so unnecessarily long with the energy! I feel like if you guys just made it shorter or if you just didnāt have the energy system and just made good clothes cost some money that would be better because you would get so many more players I just canāt give this game more than two stars because I canāt finish it because of how long the ads are and I donāt wanna pay for it anymore.

These additions could be really usefulā¦
Most of what I can find inside the books can be found here, absolutely wonderful experience to do classes, meal with friends, and play Quidditch. But doesnāt anyone think that adding the portrait passwords to commonrooms could be a really nice detail? Also, doesnāt interacting more with ghosts also seem like a genuinely fun experience? (I mean currently we have Peeves, big shoutout to the game developers for including this! But we could do better.) Also, wouldnāt it be so nice if we could have custom brooms as well? Overall, though, the game is absolutely what Iām looking forāexperiencing Hogwarts for myselfāthank you Portkey Entertainment!

This game you get to choose your own path and experience what itās like to be a Hogwarts student. There is so much to do itās just amazing.

Energy
WAY TOO LONG, LIKE WHAT THE HECK?! It takes like for or five mins to get ONE ENERGY..ONE. At least make it one minute. There are a lot of stuff in here that require energy, and it uses up every last drop within like a minute. Pointless. PLEASE FIX OR I WILL DELETE.

Always glitching in the special achievements other than that it doesnāt really glitch anywhere else. It might do it every now and again but other than that is a good game to play.
Addicting, really
Iāve played this game since 4th grade, it keeps me coming back. Still on year 5 tho.
No butter beer for you
Not sure if everyone is experiencing this but I havenāt been able to have a butter beer with a friend for over a year now in the game .
Great Game BUT..
Iām a die hard HP fan & absolutely love this game BUT I HATE the fact we have to wait 4 mins for 1 energy. If the 50% energy help isnāt currently active then it sometimes takes 30-60 energy to complete a task. Yes thereās a few ads for 3 energy but that isnāt an always thing. Many many side quests to do & I like the story line in this game as well. Youāll definitely enjoy this game but as someone who doesnāt do in app purchases you need to have patience while playing. If you do purchase in the app you move along much faster.

Fun game, outrageous prices
The story is interesting, thereās plenty to do, but OMG the prices for ANYTHING in this game is absolutely absurd! You also have to wait sooo long for this āenergyā to do things. Iāve been playing for yearsā¦ yes years (admittedly on and off because of how tedious it is to play) because it takes a crazy amount of time to complete anything
