Crashes every 30sec, updated
I update on a regular basis to reflect the current effort this company is putting into this game. The news is not good folks.
The devs just don’t seem interesting in fixing the game crashes here. Unless you have a phone with a crazy amount of RAM you can’t go over 1 minute playing, which causes loss of serious progress sometimes. They programmed in a manual save button but why is it out of hundreds of game apps I’ve used I’ve never once had this problem? Check the subreddit, it’s been widespread for years.
I’ve been playing for a long time and I’m in the graduation class. This takes quite a lot of energy, more so than prior years, which can make the story hard to follow, and events hard to win. They have very little interest in diversifying content to keep it interesting.
They introduce new features to the game, then very quickly ruin them so they are unwinnable or offer a fraction of the rewards. They also introduce beta tests all the time so that half the players get to watch the other half win all this great stuff in the Discord and Reddit and then they never offer the left out players anything.
They’ll now have 2 to 3 events going at one time, and yet none of the prizes are truly worth winning. Over the last six weeks they’ve now ruined their new newer diary event so that it’s unwinnable for even daily players. When you ruin things for daily players, you’ve really lost the plot.

Honestly, it’s a good game. If you don’t mind waiting two hours every time you wanna do a mission. You have to earn energy to do anything and it takes four minutes to get one like Nuh.. and it’s not like the tasks are one to two energy. It takes your full bar and sometimes more. (Please change it to like two or one minutes for an energy. It would be much more reasonable.)

Every single action takes too long. Good if you want to wait 24hrs to play for 2 minutes at a time. The good choices are not free to play…

I love this game but the thing I don’t like about it is that the energy takes too long and why do you have to pay real money? Why can’t you just use the money in the game right but I love Harry Potter and it’s so fun.😊

Please fix how much time you have to wait to get energy or just do adds instead of minutes it takes like two hours to get ful energy an I have to use all of it in one lesson but otherwise amazing game

So sad to see we’ve gotten to a point where cash grabs don’t even try to be entertaining in any way; they simply take an overused scam and slap a popular label on it, and jaded fanbases are so desperate for more content of the characters they love that they’ll buy into these shams no matter what.
Ridiculous Energy Cap
I’m sick of having energy caps on games and it taking the p*** on how long it takes to replenish, what’s just happened is the last straw and the reason I’ve come to write this, I have just collected lots of energy, was 49/27, perfect, then I get forced to claim another 25 energy because of a daily pop up, so it goes up to 74/27 then glitches back down to 49/27…. So nice one you’ve just forced me to claim it then it vanishes, as if it isn’t painful enough you only allow like 4 ads to be watched for energy before that option disappears and you’re forced to either wait FOUR MINUTES for 1 when you’re on a strict timer, or pay the extortionate gem prices to basically pay your way through the game, such a joke.

I feel like this game was made with no real thought it in besides to rack up money, your really just going through a story but you have to wait like 5 hours every time you progress through 3 elements of the story. That is unless youre willing to pay money, which is exactly what they want you to do

Unplayable
I have had this game for years and usually enjoy playing it. I even spend money, regularly. However, over the last few months it has become completely unplayable. The game crashes so often that I literally cannot play it. And it keeps getting worse.
Darn! Quit in less than day.
The game seems ok, but I didn’t play it for long. As others have said the energy thing is bizarre. You only have a certain amount of time (real life time) to complete a task. But you don’t have enough energy to complete it right then. That means you have to keep coming back to the game to finish the task before it times out. For example, you may have to complete it in one hour or maybe 8 hours, but if you just play in the morning before doing stuff and don’t get back to the game before the task times out you have to start over. I actually have a life, so I can’t keep coming back to the game throughout the day trying to finish a task.
