It is a amazing game I love it it has spell and it lets me use my own wand but there is one slight problem. When I fist logged on to the game it took forever to load like almost all my time (I almost grew old) can u pls fix my problem I really want to get on it and it not take forever. When u fix it Tysm for doing so 💖💖💖💖💖💖

Picked my username and then it wouldn’t let me continue. Reset iPad swiped out of the game multiple times, but it still didn’t work still said failed to load and it wouldn’t let us pass the username.

Did this app shut down? Every time I tried to sign in, it told me it didn’t work. Just wanted to know if I was able to fix it or not.

Can’t even get past the first screen on the app, it just says “load failed” every time you try. How can there be so many of the same exact complaint and you never bothered to even fix it. Guess they got everyone’s money for the wand and didn’t care to fix the issue at that point. Scam

Never let me login it was terrible I will. I will never try this app again.
Terrible, dont waste your money
I had the wand already and had enjoyed the app, but I later deleted it since it was taking up data. Later I remembered i had the wand ad tried to give it another go, but I couldn’t even get past the first screen, it just said load failed, and no matter what I tried, nothing worked.
Please bring this app back. I want to try it.

Can’t do anything
I received this kit as a gift and was so excited to try it out but when it asked for my username it kept saying load failed. I tried everything, went on two devices, deleted the app and Installed it again and even called the company! But nothing worked and I won’t be able to experience! Would NOT recommend!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Product may or may not work beyond turning on, I wouldn’t know because to use it you muse sign up for Kano World which doesn’t work whatever you do, it just says “load failed”.

Thankfully we didn't buy this Harry Potter Coding Wand, instead we borrowed it from the library. But sadly, we were unable to use it because when you try to login with the app, you can't even make a username. We feel bad for anyone who spent their money on this piece of junk!😖😣
WORSE APP EVER
So, for Christmas my aunt got me a Harry Potter coding wand kit. And guess what?! Whenever I try and create an account, it won’t even let me create a user name!! My advice for you, DO NOT DOWNLOAD!
