About

When solo workouts lose momentum, keep going with an AI trainer Movement recognition, reps, sets and rest guidance Haru Workout uses the camera to recognize movements and guide you through repetitions, sets and rest. Choose today's exercises and goals, then continue from your first movement to the final set. From the first move to the final set, keep going together Follow your current exercise and set progress, one step at a time See your current exercise, repetition or hold-time goal, and set progress on the workout screen. Measurement starts automatically after the required body parts and starting position are recognized as steady. Move instead of just checking a box Movements recognized by the camera become workout reps Count recognized squats, push-ups and burpees, or measure your plank hold time. For push-ups and planks, show the arm and torso on the same side. Your head and legs can be out of frame. Planks are measured in a floor-supported position with your arms supporting your body. One set done. Rest, then go again Check your rest time, then continue to the next set After each set, follow the rest time you selected and continue to the next set. Screen and voice guidance help you follow the workout and rest sequence. Ready to finish the workout you planned today? Choose your sets and rest time, then start today's workout You choose each exercise goal, the number of sets and the rest time. Review completed workouts in your history.
