Good wasn’t what it used to be
We ordered two set meals they bought out the wrong starter for me and the main meal the jacket potato was cremated and the burger over done and was hard to chew we didn’t want to complain at the time that was Wednesday 24th June but we both said we wouldn’t be going back as it had gone downhill. We were also told they were fully booked and had to eat in the bar area but we could wait an hour for a table in the restaurant but we left at about 9.30 and the tables in the restaurant were still empty.

Visiting today at your Rayleigh weir restaurant service was bad not coordinated brought up wrong food my grand son had salad bar and the carrots tasted of bleach chef got out a new batch and said they all taste like that chicken was undercooked and sent back saying it would be altered on the bill great except when the bill arrived it was more and another item had been added .ask to speak to the manager who was busy .After standing by the wet bar he arrived no apology just said he had alter it he had no conversation and we all felt let down by the food and your manager as a family we eat at your restaurant quite often please take these concerns seriously and try to improve your over all dining experience robinfirst

This is the second time I’ve come here and after that I downloaded the app. Jacs is so funny, engaging and demonstrates great interpersonal skills. I work in customer service and I note that she really is a credit to your business. She appears to be working efficiently between tables, chatting and maintaining a great customer centred environment. I hope this is fed back to Jacs. She really is a delight.

Login kicks you out immediately going back to log in screen singly can’t access anything. Do you want customers to use it or not?!

App format
Difficult to read, too small text, white or near white back is too bright for dyslexic people
Reward card doesn’t work!
Frustrating trying to use the reward card. I scan it when we go to the Harvester but it never adds the reward to the wallet. The servers say it has been scanned but it doesn’t change. I have deleted the app and reloaded it, deleted my account and started another one but it makes no difference. Can’t add it afterwards either even with the receipt and proof it hasn’t gone on to the app. Is this a con?
