Wonderful Bank - Dated Clunky App
Look I love this credit union and the people that work for it. But the app is a disaster to use and strangely difficult to find information or to navigate around. I’m under 30 so it isn’t a lack of savvy.

App rarely connects
The app is kind of cool when you’re able to login. But I’ve been trying to cash check for a couple of days and it usually just sits there and spins after authenticating. I just signed up for an account with this credit union and I’ve had really bad luck logging into this app over the last two weeks. Don’t know if I’ll stay.

Won’t log in
App used to be great now when logging in it gets stuck on the load screen. I have to close and reopen the app multiple time to get logged in. Need to fix asap.
