Fix this issue
The price is immaculate for 1 tb, but when you switch your Apple account or even log out, it bugs out and gives me 1 gb, and if I restore the subscription, it still doesn’t give me the 1 tb. Thus, I cancel my subscription because I no longer have it.
Cannot be trusted
Given the direction of the German government and other EU countries, these options cannot be trusted.

Doesn’t work any more. I upload a picture and it just sits in the app as a yellow square with png written on it. And a video stays as a yellow square with mov written on it. Useless. When I scan a document and click “done” the scan goes nowhere. It doesn’t even appear in your app. It just disappears. Absolutely pathetic app. You did an update on 15June and all my hashtags disappeared!!!I have only just downloaded this today after finding a link to it for free subscription for 100 GB. After trying it for approximately half an hour, it seems okay, But I wouldn’t pay for a subscription until the iron out the following issues. A) you cannot send a photo or video directly to the app, you have to be in the app first and pull in the file. It would be great if you could send a photo or video to the hashtag app from within the photo gallery like you can do with Google Drive. B) The music player is a little basic, would be nice to have an equaliser and next track and previous track buttons. C) Can’t sort files and can’t select multiple files to deleted can’t delete a folder within a folder. No delete option. D) The music often doesn’t load properly. It only loads and plays half the song. Where’s all my other apps have no issue playing those songs. I was hoping to perhaps use this app to store some of my music to play in the car, but the app is no good for that due to the above limitations, E) When I send a link to another phone it says “The #hashtag does not exist”. NOT GREAT.

From 1000gb to 1gb genius marketing
I signed up last time via app advice for 1000gb for lifetime somehow I now only have 1 gb and just a 30 page paper from my college lit class uploaded is impossible it took 999 gb

Scared to upgrade honestly
The last update I did of these app I lost all my storage not sure why (but) that was over summer and it still hasn’t reappeared.
I worry if I upgrade the 1 gig I have will disappear and I will actually have to start giving my own phone storage to the app (yes being silly) but something happened and haven’t updated ever again.
The first time it was on AppAdvice it offered a free lifetime subscription with a good amount of storage (maybe some were storing every episode of friends or something) so I can understand developer wanting to cut back on the amount of free storage any 1 person might use but hopefully whatever elf took all my storage might bring it back 😊

No way to contact support or find my files
I’ve tried to contact support for help and to find out what files are taking up my storage space. I haven’t been able to get help or find out so I have to rate the app star due to the difficulty. I will change my review if things change. edit 1/4/2025: thank you dev for responding here. Unfortunately whether I try to use contact support in the app itself (I just updated too), or by using contact support on the website, I get into a forever loading screen.
Edit: 1/5/25: I was able to reach support and was helped with finding out the hashtag I had storage in. I’m changing my rating to a 4 star since I was helped but it’s strange that the only way I was able to delete things if I don’t have the correct hashtag saved was get customer service to tell me what it was. There’s no way to do it in the app. The app or the website will say that you have a bunch of storage taken up but there’s no option to clear it unless you email support and wait for them to tell you. Would be a 5 star rating if there was no need to email and wait for support to respond for such an essential feature.

I can't find my files when I reinstall it.

Lots of potential
I really love this app you can store a lot here. I do have some suggestions.They’re small, but would add a lot to the help the user experience!
1) Can you add something to show how many items are in a folder or category?
2) a function where you can drag and drop multiple items into a folder (currently you’re unable to do so)
3) have some sort of organization viewing. Ex: order by date uploaded, file name. Or have a list view or item preview view.
4) maybe something more that shows more about your profile (like email associated with account etc.)
5) lastly more information about the files uploaded.

Hi, I am really sorry. There has been a bug and apparently for few users, their free 100GB storage was reduced to the standard 1GB. Please write an e-mail to us in the support section of the app. We will then set your storage to 100GB as soon as possible.
