About
A surreal idle creature-raising game starring the shoebill - the famously motionless bird. It never chases. It stands perfectly still, lies in wait, and strikes prey the moment it drifts into range. The longer you leave it idle, the weirder the forms it morphs into.
HOW TO PLAY
- Stand still and lie in wait. The longer you wait, the more the "stillness gauge" fills
- Tap prey that enters striking range to snatch it in one strike. With a full gauge, sweep everything in range at once
- It evolves from how much it eats PLUS how long you leave it idle
- Evolutions are random - you'll keep idling to see the next weird form
FEATURES
- An ambush-and-strike core mechanic unique to a bird that never moves: time your strike, read the range, build the stillness gauge
- A "Dex" of 15 evolution forms to collect
- Branching surreal evolutions: monster, sage, human society, motionless deity, and more
- Hidden evolutions (night-only, gold-drenched, and others)
- Idle-friendly: prey drifts into range while you're away. Great one-handed game
- A quietly touching story and endings
* Don't worry - the prey that gets caught is actually alive and well, living happily in another swamp.
Cute, yet a little unsettling. You'll smile, then feel something warm.
Why not raise a bird that never moves?
