Staking
I clicked on the staking button a couple days ago and all I see is ghost lines with no information at all. Tried closing app, refreshing over and over, nothing. So how am I supposed to collect my rewards and see the other details of my staked coins?

Great App
I’ve been using HashPack as my primary Hedera wallet on iPhone for over a year now, and it’s one of the best mobile crypto wallets I’ve used. It’s fast, well designed, and feels like it was built specifically for Hedera rather than a generic multi-chain app.
Few things I like:
- Really smooth and intuitive interface - connecting to dApps, swapping on SaucerSwap, staking HBAR, and sending tokens all feel effortless.
- Excellent security features: strong passcode/biometric support, automatic transaction signing, and clear confirmation screens that help prevent mistakes.
- Full support for Hedera Token Service (HTS) tokens, NFTs, and even the newer features like scheduled transactions and token associations.
- Reliable performance - I’ve never had a transaction fail or the app crash even when there’s high network activity.
- Regular updates from the team, who clearly listen to the community.
- It makes managing HBAR and participating in the Hedera ecosystem a genuine pleasure, and it’s the only wallet I recommend to friends getting started on Hedera.
One small piece of constructive feedback: the “Cold Wallet Support” feature has been marked as “Coming Soon” for quite some time. I’d love to see this implemented soon – being able to connect a hardware wallet (like Ledger or Trezor) directly would take the security to the next level for larger holdings. Once that’s added, HashPack will be perfect mobile app for managing your HBAR.
Overall, 5 stars without a doubt - big up the HashPack team for building such a high-quality, user-focused wallet!

NEEDS update
I cannot collect staking rewards, change node or do anything. Every time I try to do something the app stops responding.

Been using for a few months and no issues, easy to use.
No support for serious issue
I faced a critical issue when sending a transaction: HashPack auto-generated a new account and my funds were sent there with no way to access them. I contacted support with all transaction details, but they did not provide any real help. This is unacceptable for a wallet application that manages user funds.

App frozen
App is not working and just showing stupid icon loop
Really bad comms from HashPack
Don’t use! I downloaded this app as I was told I needed to. To store hbar onto my ledger live. Transferring from Uphold was easy. Then no way could I store on Ledger. So happy to keep just a few hbar on HashPack. However when I swapped my phone, for a new one, I didn’t know I had to transfer the access codes required to authenticate the account. The hbar is now locked. No help from their support team. No help from Google. SHAMBLES!!!!

Very dumb
Click create wallet. Next screen terms and conditions. Click accept and the ‘next’ button remains inactive. This is the most messed up dumbest piece of junk I’ve ever encountered. ZERO stars. Not worthy of a single star.
Wish it had ledger hardware wallet support
This mobile apps functions just like the chrome extension with the lack of the ledger hardware wallet connect feature. Once it gets the feature in the app then it will be worth to redownload the app. Till then no point in the app for me.
HashPack Wallet experience was a 10/10
I’ve been using the Hedera ecosystem for 4 years now and nothing has come close to this wallet. It’s super easy to learn and use. Great way to get your feet wet in DEFI with this wallet.
App crashed in onboarding
App hangs after verifying email. I bounced the app and it didn’t recover and I guess since I didn’t finish on boarding I would have to start over? No thanks. I’ll just use another app, or not. Good luck.
