I had used the trial ages ago and it was great. So I bought a year’s subscription and it just doesn’t login, nothing really works. Even the support details don’t work. I found an email somewhere and emailed and never got a response. How does one get a refund?

It requires you to log in EVERYTIME you open the app. I hate having to use this 3x a day
Cancelling After A Few Hours
The app isn’t allowing me to save my generated hashtags. I tried logging out and logging back in, and I tried reinstalling the app. I’m going to have to try a different app. I just hate so much that I wasted money on this app.
You must purchase to use even though it says free.
May as well be a paid app because you cannot use it without paying.

Couldn’t even login
App is very buggy. Couldn’t even login despite numerous attempts at troubleshooting. Cancelled my trial and STILL got charged. Terrible app!! Don’t even mess with it.
Can’t log in, reset password doesn’t work
Logs me out every time, then when going to the link to reset my password, Chrome says the link is unsafe; if I bypass it anyway, it says the web page to reset password doesn’t exist. I want a refund. Can’t even use the service.

No Support, App Broken
The app’s support system is defective, leaving me stranded with no way to get help after paying for a 1-year subscription. The app doesn’t recognize my account, blocking me from submitting a support ticket directly. My attempts to reach support through the website and email went unanswered, offering no relief. When I sought a refund from Apple, they refused, so I did a chargeback, which temporarily locked my Apple account from updates, while claiming no responsibility for malfunctioning apps. This left me with a broken app, zero support, and an infuriating experience.

Didn’t even get to use
I went to try to use to promote my videos using hashtags, well they want money and won’t let me go anywhere without paying and subscribing to 3 free day trial and then they want 5.99$ weekly. This is ridiculous expensive. 3 days to try something that might not be worth the money- definitely not for me.

App keeps crashing
The app crashes every time I open it
App not working send out Emil no one reply
This app was working and used it couple time paid for the whole year now it’s not working not letting me sign in. send out Emil to the support group no one replied at least give back the subscription money that I paid for whole year

I downloaded this app thinking I'd get good results and I have to PAY for it? apps are so greedy and require payment for simple service.
Used to be great
I used to love using this. Soon as they added the AI features, the already buggy Instagram profile feature just stopped working. And now it logs you out when you close the app. It’s so obnoxiously buggy, I canceled my subscription.
Literally will not let me use
sometimes when I open the app I’m met with the pay screen where they ask me to pay for a subscription for pro, sometimes there’s an exit button for it sometimes there’s not, can I get some help on this?
No free trial
There is no free trial. Usually you pay after the trail expires but no, they take the make instantly. I requested a refund, but my problem wasn’t resolved. I didn’t recommend it!!!!!
What an embarrassing fall off
This app used to be very useful. As a content creator that posts every day, I saw value in using said app.
Recently everytime I tried to use it, it would make me log in EVERY SINGLE TIME. It kicks you off login the second you close the app. This is a hashtag app, it should not do that. Paying a subscription to an app that has outdated hashtags, does not give you personalized analytics and has terrible log in services is not worth the time or money.
As a user that used this app for over 4 years I am extremely disappointed.
I also think the owner got his feelings hurt because this morning I could not log in at all. After I wrote a scathing support request. Embarrassing snd disappointing
