Please fix filters!!!
I love Hatch and love being able to order ahead of time but the website and app always seem broken! I tried on and off for 5 hours to get an order through. None of the filters were working properly so it took me forever to find exactly what I was looking for. Then when I finally picked stuff out I couldn’t checkout! White screen every time. I tried just going through the website as well and it wouldn’t even load the shop page. By the time I got the cart to actually load at checkout, one of the products I took forever to find was sold out! Very disappointing and frustrating! :(

Can’t checkout gives me a blank screen fix your app
Turned great into horrible
Your new app is beyond useless. The old app used to let me sort by brand. By size. By price. By thc amount.
Now all of that is gone,
Leaving me with a completely useless app.
If i could give it less than one star, i would.
There is NOTHING good to say about your “new and not improved but made much worse” app

Really no point to the app if it’s just a browser window into your website
