Please make fixes!!!
It has been a great challenge finding an app that has all the features I need as a new parent: simplicity, ease of use, and data sharing between caregivers. Three stars since this app is the best I’ve used so far for simplicity and data sharing, BUT scrolling through numbers to record sleep time, ounces pumped, and minutes slept takes up much more time than needed with a wiggly baby! I have also experienced some issues/bugs other reviewers have reported with edited or deleted sleep logs not saving. I would love to use this app long term so please please please add the number keyboard for logging sleep, pumps, and feeds!

Problems
This app would be great if it didn’t crash on me all the time. I have to delete it and reinstall it constantly. Very inconvenient for a parent.
The most convenient app for the newborn stage.
This app has been an amazing tool to augment good communication between my wife and I so we can make sure our babies essential needs are being met. The user interface on this is incredibly intuitive and the app seamlessly integrates with all your essential iOS shortcut features. This is a must have app for new and seasoned parents.

Cool app, inconsistent use
The Hatch Grow is really awesome. It allows you to track so many things, but about once per day, you have to completely restart your phone or delete the app and re-downloaded in order for it to work. This is happened to both me and my wife, every single day since we’ve used it. Still worth it to reset and start over, but it is quite the shortcoming for its usability

Great app, needs Home Screen access

Needs Dark Mode!
Love this app second time around! However I’m experiencing so much eye strain during middle of the night feeds. It’s very hard to see “Last Side” in tiny print with low contrast, bright colors.
I need to quickly feed the baby to soothe + get back to sleep sooner. Every second matters but even more, so does vision! Seems like an easy feature. Would be amazing to see this before I’m done using the app again.

Helpful for parents
We are liking this app so far. It helps us easily track the most important stuff and take notes.
The one thing I’d love to see is a way to track combo feeds (ie 10min of nursing + 2oz bottle, or 2oz breastmilk +1oz formula). Currently, you have to track these as individual entries which skews your data.

Unable to lock number
If you have a wiggly baby like mine the scale seems impossible to lock the number.
Inconsistent
Great when it works, sometimes constantly crashes upon opening it
Good but not great
I used the app when I had my baby. It’s very easy and straightforward to use the only thing is you can’t easily delete entries.
Scale stopped working
My scale randomly stopped working with an error that basically said that it cannot be fixed $170 and I used it for just over a year. :(
All data disappeared
No clue what happened but logged in after a few years and all data on both kids gone. Wanted to keep the weight tracking in here to see percentiles. All historic data lost. So sad.
App constantly crashes
App constantly crashes and locks you out of account. Have to delete and redownload.
Buggy and outdated
Using this with their changing pad and scale, but extremely buggy software. Adding weight takes many steps. It also crashes often when adding a feeding. Deleting a feeding entry also doesn’t work. Company is more focused on their sleep app and products, so don’t bother with this.

App does not allow you to edit or delete entries
Great but for one fatal flaw
When the app works it really is a great tool for tracking everything. We mainly use for sleep, diapers, and feeding. Too bad at least once a week the app force crashes whenever opening it and you have to delete from the phone and redownload.
Was great, but then completely stopped working
I have been using this app for 17 months. It was working great until about 2 weeks ago. Random timers would start unprompted, entries would be added on its own, entries would disappear. Now my child has disappeared and all my logs are gone. I can’t even log in.
The Scale is Worthless
I set up my scale and immediately it says that the scale is malfunctioning and I need to contact support to fix it. What a terrible product.
I like it fine when it works
Very useful good interface a little clunky but what’s really annoying is it will just start force closing and my only option is to uninstall and reinstall the app
Unreliable
The app keeps crashing and won’t even let me open it for more than a second. It’s currently 2am and I’m trying to figure out if I need to wake up my newborn for a feed since my husband and I take shifts and I can’t even do that. Very unfortunate that we’ve used this app religiously over the last 2 weeks and now all of a sudden I can’t even open it.
