About

Most apps remember what you lifted. HAUL decides what you lift next. Tell it your days, your equipment and your goal. It writes your program — then reviews every session and rewrites the next one, with the reason behind every number. YOUR COACH, EVERY WEEK • Every lift reviewed. Load raised only where you earned it • Stalls caught before you feel them — deloads predicted, not guessed • Every change explained, grounded in the training books it came from REAL METHODS, TO THE BOOK • 5/3/1 — Wendler's waves, built exactly as written • Starting Strength — linear progression, by the book • Hypertrophy blocks — volume ramps, RIR autoregulation, auto-deload • German Volume Training • Or a custom program built for your days, gear and goal TRAINING THAT RUNS ITSELF • Warm-up ramps written for every heavy lift • Exact weights, reps and holds prefilled — walk in and lift • Rest timer that rings through a locked screen • RPE tracking, supersets, timed sets, 234 exercises THE RECEIPTS • Volume, PRs and estimated 1RM, cycle over cycle • Twelve-week trends, one direction TRAIN WITH YOUR CREW • Follow friends, form a crew, climb the weekly leaderboard • Share sessions to Instagram • Leaderboard resets every Monday Your first program is free and takes 60 seconds to build.

Find any exercise • Search understands movements. Every exercise is now a variant of a movement — search "press" and get the whole family, ranked by what you actually use. • No more empty results. A query that's too narrow widens instead of answering nothing. Share your training • Share a program. Any program becomes a link and a QR — a friend taps it and gets their own copy to run. • Duo mode. Pair with one partner for a shared streak and a nudge when one of you slacks. • Share cards carry your personal link and QR, so a screenshot of your session can bring a friend in. • Invites land somewhere warm — a friend who taps your link arrives on your profile, not a login wall. Home • One clear action. Home leads with today's session, blocks appear as the week earns them, and the whole week lives in a single card. Coaching • 5/3/1 keeps its own structure — days follow the split you asked for, in the order the method prescribes. • Building a program, Vale now answers the limitation you just picked — train around a shoulder, a knee, a back. • The emphasis question asks with a body, not a word list. • Before you commit, onboarding shows what the block will do to your lifts. Fixes • Skipping planned warm-ups no longer duplicates logged sets. • The duration editor opens the session you're actually editing.
