About

HaulBook Maintenance is for the shop that services a HaulBook carrier's fleet. WHAT NEEDS WORK Overdue and due-soon across every unit, with the next service on each truck and trailer. WHAT'S ON THE LIFT Open work orders, what's waiting on parts, and what's ready to go back out. EVERY UNIT'S HISTORY Odometer, plate, VIN, registration and inspection dates, and everything that's been done to it. INSPECTIONS THAT REACH EVERYONE File a DOT periodic inspection and it appears for the office and the driver too, as a signed PDF kept for audits. RECEIPTS AND COSTS Log a service in seconds with parts, labour and vendor, and see what each unit is costing you. Sign in with the email and password your office gives you. You only ever see equipment and service — never loads, never money. HaulBook Maintenance is free. It requires a seat created by a carrier that uses HaulBook; mechanics cannot sign up on their own.

What's New in HaulBook Maintenance

1.0.2

Fixes for uploads and paperwork. • Inspection PDFs and photos reach the office again. Uploads were failing quietly against the newer server, so a filed inspection could look sent from the shop while nothing arrived. That's fixed. • Files keep their real names and extensions, so a PDF opens as a PDF at the other end. • A filed inspection certificate now names the unit it belongs to, on both filing paths, using the same wording the office uses — so a certificate is identifiable without opening it.
