I’ve resorted to working with Apple legal department

I’ve been waiting for my money SINCE OCTOBER they owe me 2k. I have paid fees(I’m paying them money at a time I’m trying to save myself and my kids from eviction how sick) the email it’s fake. The website is fake. If you go online and stat the legal process with Apple you’ll be given a case worker. I’m suing comes the 18th when I get my tax return!!!! The form for it is online and you’ll need their location wish is darn CHINA. Also posting this across my social medias. They will not reach out , you won’t get your money from them!! So go after Apple. They allowed the app to be here and we lost money for it.

Update as of 12/24 307PM

Update as on 12/21 I am on the phone with Apple. Luckily I took screenshots of the process. Looking to take legal action. There is no login so when you go back it is like you never played; spent money. (Important to keep screenshots) I paid fees and money in October still haven’t gotten 1000$ also reached out to email it’s FAKE! They are looking into it now they said it looks like they got through a security breach. Your purchase will not show on Apple only your bank so go to your bank. If you need correspondence or proof must call spot gift so they can let their fraud team Investigate. If you have proof they have a feature they can send you a prompt to share your screen which was helpful!

I have paid lots of money for withdraws. Haven’t recieve anything it’s going on 2 weeks. If by Monday nothing happens I’m making a police report and talking it to my bank and mailing it to APPLE. and making a paper trail and suing. I am also battling with Apple app department as I’ve opened a case because they are who is ALLOWING the scam to be done amongst Apple users. I will be back with updates weekly. You can bet that ! I’ve also emailed the support and absolutely NOTHING.!! Also there is no phone number for them. Their webpage when you hit support says ERROR how hilarious.

Won 1000 paid to receive the money and haven't received it yet. Either send the 1000 or refund the money i paid to receive the money either pay me my money or you will be reported for scamming everyone who has paid into the game
