Would love to play but after downloading game looks terrible instead of normal picture I see boxes and triangles in white

I downloaded this game and when I started the game the picture was distorted and I couldn’t play. Not sure why that happened, disappointing

The graphics were all messed up when l downloaded it on my iPhone. All chopped up with white lines everywhere. 😕
Does not load
When purchasing a game and paying for it in full, I always like to go back to it occasionally and play it again, get my moneys worth etc. What I have noticed recently is that the slightly older games which you can still buy dont work on the new phones, even though they are advertised as “pay once play forever” not exactly true is it? I would screen shot the issues but you’ll just tell me to reinstall or do an update. I just want my money back.

Good game but . . .
I have a glitch that puts white squares over most of the screen whenever I open the app. Makes it very hard to play. I opened it on two different device and the same thing happened so it’s gotta be the game itself.

Je ne c’est pas si votre jeux beug ou si les graphismes ne sont pas fini mais je n’es jamais vue de jeux représenter par des pixels (soit disant premium ) dommage qu’on ne peut pas ajouter de photos de votre jeux qui plante .
Bad Graphics / white squares
A bunch of white squares can’t see anything I have a brand new iPad and wanted to play this game but I can’t even see anything to play the game but a bunch of white squares the intro video works but when it’s time to actually play the game you can’t because you can’t see anything is there a fix ?
Can’t see the game screen
Does not work on newer IPAD.. the game screens are not there. Can’t search the scenes to interact. I see there was a complaint 1 year ago. Hopefully I will get my money back from Apple.

Once the game goes thru the story, I can’t do anything else. The images are all disjointed. When I click on the tiny pic of the door, a blank screen pops up. I can hear the sounds, but can’t see anything!

I would’ve loved the game but I could not play it I paid $6.99 and would like my money back. I was like it was big white squares and I couldn’t see anything
